My friend Jeanette is a lawyer who, on a trip to Asia, came across a the butterfly pea flower. She had an idea to create an herbal tea – mixing the flower in with proprietary blends of green, white and lemongrass teas. It was a passion project and after much hard work and focus on creating the right products…ta dah! Waking Wonder is now open for business!
Check out the video on her site which shows the dramatic color which changes when you add a squeeze of citrus! I just received m y first order and plan to experiment with cocktails and using the tea as a natural color for baking!
